Fluency in English at B2 level and Danish at B1 level is mandatory for global client engagement.

Role Responsibilities

  • Fully manage a designated portfolio of customer deductions, addressing issues like partial payments, pricing errors, shipment mistakes, and compliance fees.
  • Perform comprehensive investigations by gathering data from ERP systems, customer portals, delivery proofs, and other sources to validate disputes.
  • Communicate confidently via phone and email with both customers and internal departments (including Sales, Customer Service, and Back Office teams) to obtain relevant information, dispute invalid claims, and negotiate effective solutions.
  • Accurately assemble and maintain all necessary documentation supporting credit approvals or rejection and collection efforts on invalid deductions.
  • Process validated credit memos properly or cooperate with the Collections team to secure repayments for invalid disputes.
  • Analyze dispute patterns and trends, prepare reports for management, emphasize root causes, and suggest prevention strategies to minimize future disputes.

Benefits and Working Conditions

  • Permanent employment contract with a multinational corporation ensuring job stability.
  • Flexible hybrid work arrangement: three days onsite in the office, two days remote weekly.
