Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant

About the Role

Join Flix's Central Accounting Team as a Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant, where you will play a key role in managing the timely processing of accounts receivable transactions and supporting daily AR operations. This role offers an opportunity to develop accounting expertise in a global, fast-paced environment alongside skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt processing of accounts receivable entries, agency settlements, and direct debit orders.
• Assist with preparation of aging reports and collaborate with the Sales Department to follow up on collections.
• Generate manual invoices as needed.
• Conduct reconciliations of accounts receivable and investigate any discrepancies.
• Maintain precise financial records and documentation related to AR activities.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving processes and adopting best accounting practices.
• Prepare clear documentation outlining accounting workflows and procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Up to one year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable roles, including internships or university related practical work; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• A sound understanding of accounting principles with the ability to work efficiently in an international and collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
• Proficient in English at B2 level or higher.
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills, dependability, and a proactive mindset.
