If you enjoy numbers, structure, and dependable processes, this role could be a strong fit. The Finance team is looking for a Junior Accountant who brings a strong focus on quality and an eye for efficient workflows to help shape the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, code, and post vendor invoices.
  • Check and record travel expense claims.
  • Prepare and execute payment transactions.
  • Post and reconcile bank accounts.
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain financial master data across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

Profile

  • Completed commercial or business-related vocational training.
  • Initial professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Prior exposure to ERP systems and Microsoft 365, especially Excel, is an advantage.
  • Fluent German skills are required.
  • A structured, accurate, and dependable way of working.
  • Strong numerical understanding and analytical thinking.
  • Team orientation together with an independent and solution-focused working style.
