Position Summary
We seek a motivated and open-minded Junior Accountant to join our Luxembourg office. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented team player enthusiastic about contributing within an international, multicultural environment, showing eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and review supplier invoices using the company’s accounting system.
- Maintain daily bookkeeping records of bank transactions ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Organize and maintain compliant accounting documentation and records.
- Assist the Senior Accountant in preparing and coordinating the annual external audits.
- Support the finance team to guarantee completeness and correctness of accounting data.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of one year’s experience in accounting or administrative roles; familiarity with Luxembourg GAAP is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency with Business Central ERP software.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in Spanish and/or English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
