Position Overview

The role of Jr. Marketing & Design Specialist involves aiding marketing efforts through graphic design and simple HTML coding. The specialist will create visually appealing marketing collateral, digital content, and maintain brand alignment with CCM’s standards. This position follows Eastern Standard Time working hours supporting the East Coast region.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and dispatch marketing emails requiring basic HTML modifications.
• Design printed materials and other visual brand elements.
• Work in tandem with a diverse team on ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Address creative challenges efficiently while adhering to project timelines and objectives.
• Create graphics for social media and other digital platforms.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging across multiple marketing channels.
• Support the marketing department in a variety of ongoing projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in email marketing is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in HTML coding.
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals, including typography and layout.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage responsibilities and rapidly adapt to changes.
• Ability to independently handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Effective collaboration skills within a professional team setting.
• Proven design capabilities through education, experience, or training.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
