Role Details

Positions available include Clinical Research Associate I, II, and Senior Clinical Research Associate. Responsibilities vary based on level but generally include:

• Supporting or conducting site management activities such as initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, both remote and supervised onsite, following SOPs, protocols, and GCP standards.
• Performing remote data and system reviews using tools like EDC, CTMS, RBM, and TMF to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Assisting or leading query resolution, safety evaluations, and adverse event follow-ups throughout study lifecycles.
• Supporting site start-up and activation tasks, including coordination with investigators, trial material logistics, and recruitment assistance.
• Maintaining thorough, timely, and accurate TMF documentation, requesting updates as necessary.
• Providing daily operational support to Senior and Lead CRAs.
• Participating in training sessions, study meetings, and development activities to enhance CRA competencies and career growth.

Senior Clinical Research Associate responsibilities additionally include:

• Serving as a subject matter expert; mentoring, coaching, and offering performance feedback to peers.
• Assisting with hiring, selection, training, and supervision of CRAs; conducting co-monitoring and training visits.
• Acting as the primary escalation contact for complex site or patient issues and sponsor concerns.
• Representing management in business development activities related to site monitoring.
• Leading monitoring efforts for complex projects and managing groups of CRAs, including reviewing and approving monitoring reports.
• Ensuring integrity of studies and fostering positive relationships with site teams.
• Overseeing SOPs aimed at optimizing patient recruitment and providing guidance on inclusion/exclusion criteria.

Qualifications

• CRA I: Minimum of 1 year experience plus an Honours Bachelor Degree.
• CRA II: At least 2 years of relevant experience and an Honours Bachelor Degree.
• Senior CRA: Minimum 3 years experience with an Honours Bachelor Degree.
