Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to evaluate students’ readiness for internships and employment.
- Engage with students to grasp their career objectives and ambitions.
- Evaluate students' individual preferences and needs.
- Identify and arrange suitable job training and internship placements.
- Facilitate the alignment of students with appropriate job positions.
- Conduct thorough site assessments to determine workplace suitability.
- Organize and deliver employer education and awareness workshops for stakeholders.
- Prepare students for internship experiences through tailored training.
- Provide individualized coaching addressing each student’s specific requirements.
- Perform job analyses detailing duties and responsibilities.
- Develop and execute effective job coaching strategies.
- Support students to identify and overcome challenges while setting professional goals.
- Strengthen students' confidence and foster interest during internships.
- Assess individual strengths and teach their effective application.
- Guide students in mastering job tasks and responsibilities.
- Enhance motivation and skill development.
- Offer guidance and support for daily work activities and new task acquisition.
- Implement coaching interventions and strategic techniques for improvement.
- Assist in social and life skill development.
- Refer students to additional training or professional assistance when necessary.

Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in any field with a minimum of three years' professional experience.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in managing and facilitating projects and events.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adhere strictly to organizational regulations, procedures, and processes.
- Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Display problem-solving capabilities.
- Show respect and sensitivity towards diversity.
- Have the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Capability to manage multiple roles and responsibilities simultaneously.
