Role overview
Thinknyx Technologies LLP is seeking a Jira specialist who can manage and refine Jira setups, automate workflows, and build reliable queries for reporting and analysis. The role calls for someone comfortable working independently while improving how teams use Jira across projects.
What you’ll do
- Administer Jira projects end to end, including workflows, schemes, issue types, and permission structures.
- Create, deploy, and troubleshoot advanced Jira Automation rules in live environments.
- Write and fine-tune JQL statements for dashboards, reports, and deeper data insights.
- Handle Jira configuration tasks on your own, identify and fix issues, and keep improving the setup with limited oversight.
- Work with teams across functions to turn business needs into practical Jira workflows and automation designs.
