Jewelry Stylist (Shop Assistant)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly, and memorable interactions to all store visitors to enhance the customer experience.
• Consistently meet or surpass personal sales targets through proactive selling efforts.
• Maintain a positive and supportive demeanor toward both customers and colleagues, driving a results-oriented team environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in-person, via phone, or other communication channels by sharing product expertise and brand narratives.
• Identify customer issues promptly and effectively communicate resolutions to the Store Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures compliant with company standards.
• Efficiently operate store equipment, especially the point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Contribute to store appearance by supporting merchandising, visual displays, and housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain product presentation and organization across the sales floor and stockroom.
• Participate actively in inventory counts and secure store assets.
• Assist with merchandise packing and gift wrapping as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous retail associate experience, with preference for jewelry retail background.
• Friendly, energetic attitude coupled with strong communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in Chinese is beneficial.
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
• Positive team player willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
