Overview
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, is seeking a JDA WMS Consultant to join their team in Bengaluru, India. TCS is recognized for its innovative digital transformation solutions and extensive presence across 46 countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) for both cloud and on-premise environments, including setting up functional modules related to inbound, outbound, inventory, and yard management.
- Utilize strong techno-functional skills to handle production support tasks, interpret Moca commands and triggers, analyze server and RF traces, and perform comprehensive problem-solving for system issues.
- Oversee system integration processes such as event creation, interface definition (IFD), algorithm setup, and queue configuration while validating data flow and resolving integration-related incidents.
- Apply thorough knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles, particularly warehouse operations, policies, and enterprise workflow alignment.
- Conduct application maintenance activities, which include creating and deploying rollouts, implementing upgrades, tuning system performance, and addressing security vulnerabilities.
Educational Qualification and Eligibility
