About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable enterprise applications implementing Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices frameworks.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to develop secure and resilient financial platform solutions.
- Optimize algorithms using strong Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) knowledge to enhance system performance.
- Develop and optimize SQL database schemas and complex queries.
- Follow best coding, testing, and deployment practices aligned with regulatory compliance requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in both production and development environments.
- Engage actively in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile development processes.
- Ensure systems meet stringent criteria for high availability, low latency, and security standards pertinent to finance sector applications.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in Core Java and strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles.
- Hands-on experience developing Microservices with Spring Boot.
- Proficient in Data Structures and Algorithms applied in practical scenarios.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL query optimization, stored procedures, and indexing.
- Familiarity with RESTful web services, message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of multithreading, concurrency control, and system performance tuning.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito, alongside CI/CD tooling.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
