Overview
Thanh Giang Conincon., JSC is hiring for the role of a Japanese Language Teacher combined with Market Development responsibilities. This position contributes to education and market expansion efforts focused on the Japanese language sector.
Job Description
- Engage in teaching activities both offline and online, including the training of teachers, enhancing teaching methods and quality, and compiling training reports.
- Support the education department by delivering teacher training sessions (at least 10 hours per week), improving education quality, and managing reports and schedules in coordination with the education department head.
- Assist the documentation department with overseeing the quality and progress of document preparation.
- Contribute to event management and support, participate in regular meetings, review Japanese language documents, and update Japanese-related information on the company's website.
Requirements
- Applicants should be aged between 22 and 50 years old.
- For part-time teaching roles, prior experience teaching Japanese is preferred; for full-time positions, experience in both teaching Japanese and Japanese market development is advantageous.
- Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis skills, a proactive and diligent work approach, and meticulous attention to detail.
Benefits and Working Conditions
- Salary will be negotiated directly with the company president after the interview.
- Full-time staff work from Monday to Friday plus two Saturdays per month, with office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM including one hour lunch break.
- Part-time teaching options involve working 6 hours per day with two possible shifts: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM or 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
