Role Overview

This position focuses on keeping the store and guest areas clean, functional, and welcoming. The work supports travelers, commuters, and other guests by maintaining a safe and pleasant environment.

Key Duties

• Keep the store clean and orderly overall.
• Clean showers and restroom areas.
• Wash, load, and unload towels used for showers.
• Handle basic store repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
• Collect and remove trash from the travel center.
• Deliver strong guest service by helping maintain well-kept facilities.

Required Qualifications

• Self-driven and motivated to get work done without needing constant direction.
• Able to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and spending most of the day standing or walking.
• Available for a schedule that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Background

• Prior experience in a similar janitorial, cleaning, or maintenance role is preferred.
• Helpful knowledge of industrial equipment and the ability to resolve minor issues.
