Key Responsibilities

• Ensure overall cleanliness and upkeep of the store and surrounding travel center.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities thoroughly.
• Handle washing, loading, and unloading of towels for guest showers.
• Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks within the store premises.
• Collect and dispose of trash throughout the travel center area.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by maintaining well-kept facilities.

Required Qualifications

• Strong self-motivation and initiative.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on feet most of the day.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar janitorial or maintenance role.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
