Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Janitorial Crew Member to support our Area Manager with various cleaning and maintenance tasks across multiple locations within the Sudbury region.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Transport cleaning supplies to different job sites as required.
• Fill in for colleagues who are absent due to illness, vacation, or other reasons.
• Contribute to special janitorial projects when assigned.
• Support the maintenance of multiple client locations according to company standards.
• Complete miscellaneous cleaning assignments as designated.
• Uphold Bee-Clean's high levels of cleanliness and customer service excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Holding a valid Class G Driver’s Licence is preferred.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and perform well under pressure without sacrificing accuracy.
• Possess strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Capable of meeting deadlines professionally.
• Effective team player with leadership qualities.
• Exhibit sound judgment and capable problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using workplace technology and applications.

Additional Requirements

• Must obtain Federal Security Clearance.
• Must undergo local police background check.
