Position Details

• Employment available as part-time or full-time
• Compensation of $15 per hour
• Weekly payment schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance across all floor types by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Adhere to guidelines for using chemical cleaning agents and power cleaning equipment to avoid damage to surfaces and objects
• Maintain cleanliness and monitor the condition of restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entryways
• Dispose of trash appropriately, using compactors when necessary
• Clean windows, glass walls, and mirrors with suitable cleaners and tools
• Conduct spot cleaning on carpets and support carpet extraction and shampooing efforts
• Restock paper goods and sanitary supplies regularly
• Follow the prescribed housekeeping schedule diligently
• Operate heavy cleaning machines like floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and floor buffers occasionally
• Carry out additional duties assigned according to job scope or client requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent credential, or at least six months of prior janitorial experience
• Training will be provided on the job
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to understand and follow instructions carefully

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles
• Knowledge of custodial best practices and commercial cleaning standards
• Skills in floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing
• Background in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance
