Compensation

Pay for this custodian role is $12.00 per hour.

What Success Looks Like

• Working steadily through the full shift to keep client facilities clean
• Maintaining high service standards and a professional company image
• Using cleaning tools, materials, and equipment correctly

• Meeting attendance expectations with no unexcused absences or late arrivals
• Starting work on time and staying within the hours allotted

Key Duties

• Dusting, mopping, sweeping, restroom cleaning, and trash removal across the entire building during the shift
• Supporting overall facility cleanliness and a positive customer experience
• Handling supplies and equipment in a safe and effective manner

Requirements

• Must have dependable transportation
• Must agree to and pass a background check
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment verification is completed through E-Verify
• Should bring a strong work ethic and interest in long-term employment
• Must be able to work independently, stay punctual, handle multiple tasks, and take responsibility for assigned work

Schedule

The shift runs Saturday through Wednesday, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
