Job Details

• Availability for part-time or full-time shifts
• Evening work schedule
• Compensation of $15 per hour
• Weekly payment

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all types of floor surfaces through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Adhere to proper procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment usage to protect floors and furnishings
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and entrances
• Dispose of trash appropriately, including use of compactors when required
• Clean windows, glass dividers, and mirrors with the correct cleaning products and tools
• Perform spot cleaning of carpets and assist with shampooing and extraction
• Restock paper products and sanitary supplies as needed
• Follow a routine housekeeping schedule diligently
• Occasionally operate heavy-duty cleaning machinery like floor scrubbers and backpack vacuums
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on work scope or client requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months of janitorial related experience
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand and execute instructions accurately

Preferred Skills

• Experience in cleaning or janitorial roles
• Familiarity with custodial best practices and commercial cleaning standards
• Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing
• Experience with industrial cleaning or facility maintenance
