Role Overview

As a Jambuster (all genders), you will ensure the seamless flow of processes. You identify technical limitations early and promptly address them. Monitoring for disruptions in production equipment and initiating suitable corrective actions is part of your responsibility. You communicate maintenance needs in time and undertake minor repairs yourself. Additionally, you maintain cleanliness and order in your work area. Close cooperation with shift supervisors and flow controllers to keep operations running and diligent documentation of your tasks are expected.

Please note this position is initially limited to 12 months with an intention to extend to a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Quickly recognize disruptions and deviations, report maintenance requirements.
• Assess impacts of issues and implement corrective steps.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in your working area and support the team.
• Coordinate with shift leads and flow controllers.
• Perform simple repairs and component replacements based on your experience.
• Monitor equipment availability and document your activities.

Profile

• Professional experience in a technical field.
• Fluent German skills and good command of English.
• Availability for fully continuous shift work.
• Reliable, punctual, and structured work approach adhering to clear guidelines.
• Careful and responsible handling of food products and compliance with regulations.
