Role overview

We are seeking skilled Jaguar Land Rover technicians to join dealership workshops across New Zealand. The roles are through Musterrecruit, which partners with a network of Jaguar and Land Rover dealerships nationwide.

The dealerships are reputable employers looking for experienced technicians who can handle servicing, diagnostics, routine upkeep, warranty jobs, accessory installations, pre-delivery inspections, and WOF checks. The work environment is expected to be well-equipped, supportive, and set up for strong productivity and efficient output.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out vehicle servicing for Jaguar and Land Rover models.
  • Diagnose faults accurately and complete repair work to a high standard.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks and warranty-related repairs.
  • Install accessories and complete pre-delivery inspections.
  • Carry out WOF-related work as required.
  • Maintain efficient workflow and productive workshop output.
  • Work effectively within a professional automotive team.

Requirements

  • Certified JLR Level 3 technician or higher.
  • Up-to-date training records are required.
  • At least 3 years of dealership experience.
  • Strong diagnostic ability and confidence with repair work.
  • Current driver’s licence.
  • EV or HV training/certifications are considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work well in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Must have the right to work in New Zealand, or be fully document-ready and funding-ready from offshore.
  • Applicants without the required certifications, current training records, or minimum experience will not be progressed.
