Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to manage and further develop a modern IT infrastructure at a well-established company with locations in Kronach and Nuremberg. Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and enhance the entire IT infrastructure.
• Oversee and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Advance the SharePoint ecosystem by managing permissions and workflows.
• Administer and operate Citrix environments.
• Install, configure, and support both hardware and software components.
• Diagnose and resolve IT disruptions effectively.
• Implement IT security measures and backup procedures.
• Document IT systems and processes thoroughly.

Candidate Profile

• Completed IT-related training or equivalent qualifications.
• Several years of proven experience in system administration.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge in networking and firewall configurations.
• Independent, organized, and solution-focused work habits.
