Job description
Role overview
This is an on-site IT support contract based in New York City, with work scheduled five days a week. The engagement is expected to run for 3 to 6 months and is offered on a W2 basis.
Key work areas
- Support a laptop refresh effort involving both Mac and Windows devices.
- Provide everyday technical assistance for workstations, including desk and workstation setup.
Experience and technical requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on technical support experience, ideally with workstation support, device setup, and general Windows troubleshooting.
- Practical PC imaging experience is required.
- Working knowledge of both Mac and Windows environments is necessary.
- Experience using MDM platforms such as Intune and Jamf is expected.
Eligibility and work authorization
Only local candidates in the New York City area will be considered. Applicants must be able to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship and must be eligible for W2 employment only.
Schedule
The working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
