About the Role
This opportunity is with an international automotive supply company in Lörrach, Germany. The team is looking for an IT Support Specialist who can assist users with everyday technical issues and work comfortably with Microsoft-based tools. The role is open to both seasoned IT support professionals and candidates at the start of their careers, and it is available right away.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to support requests received by phone, email, and ticketing platforms.
- Identify the cause of issues in hardware, software, and network setups and work toward resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and user devices.
- Review incoming incidents and service requests, then route complex cases to the appropriate backend teams.
- Help improve internal IT support workflows and service quality over time.
Your Profile
- You should have completed IT training or hold an education in a related discipline.
- Previous experience in IT support is helpful, though a strong interest in technology is also valued.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office applications is expected.
- Good communication and a service-oriented mindset are important for this role.
