Job description
About Simpleprax
Simpleprax was founded in 2021 with the goal of reducing paperwork in healthcare. The company focuses on making medical data easier to collect, use, and analyze while improving workflows in medical organizations. More than half a million patients already complete digital forms every year through the platform.
As part of the team, you will work in an agile environment, help shape the company culture, and contribute directly to customer success. The role offers a startup setting with an entrepreneurial mindset and the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding team.
Why join us
You will work closely with the founders and gain insight into a bootstrapped startup. As customer demand grows, there is room to scale both the company and the product further. The broader mission is to advance digital healthcare, structure patient data more effectively, and make practice and clinic operations more efficient while improving care.
The team is looking for people who share this mindset and want to help bring these goals to life.
Responsibilities
- Support medical practices and hospitals during the setup and installation of Simpleprax, including any needed integration with their existing IT systems.
- Advise and assist customers through phone and email so they can use the product successfully.
- Provide technical support to users when issues or questions arise.
- Work closely with the product team and share feedback that helps improve the platform continuously.
- Collaborate across the team to help build the leading platform for digital patient data collection in the DACH region.
Requirements
- Completed training in IT, such as a Fachinformatiker qualification, or a finished bachelor’s degree.
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work effectively in an agile team.
- Good communication skills and fluent German at C2 level.
- Experience in healthcare is welcome and considered an advantage.
Benefits
- Flexible working hours and the option to work from home.
- Fitness membership through Wellpass.
- Monthly community breakfast.
- Ownership, independent work, and a high degree of flexibility.
Additional Information
If you do not meet every requirement but feel the role is a good match, the company still encourages you to apply.
