Role Overview
The IT team plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly for employees across the world. Ripple is seeking a driven and well-organized IT Support Specialist who enjoys teamwork and will partner closely with the IT Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle first-line IT requests through desk-side visits, support tickets, and chat, while meeting response and resolution targets.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian Cloud, Slack, and similar platforms.
- Support desktop and device administration across macOS, Windows, Azure AD, Jamf, and Intune environments.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and return of company equipment.
- Run new-hire IT orientation and provide employees with initial technical setup guidance.
- Serve as the main contact for meeting-room AV technology, including Neat, Crestron, and Zoom systems.
- Keep asset tracking and inventory information accurate and up to date.
- Create and maintain internal IT guides and user-facing documentation.
- Assist with broader IT projects such as software rollouts, office relocations, and platform migrations.
- Support teammates during time off and join global on-call rotations when needed.
Required Experience and Skills
- Background in corporate IT support with practical troubleshooting experience.
- Working knowledge of ticketing platforms like Jira and FreshService.
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
- Exposure to conference room equipment such as Neat, Crestron, and Logitech.
- Ability to troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and other basic networking issues.
- Understanding of core information security practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort working fully onsite five days per week to support collaboration and fast issue resolution.
