Collaboration with the wider IT team is essential to support company IT initiatives, system upgrades, and process enhancements in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized and prompt technical assistance to senior leadership and staff via ticket system, phone, email, and direct in-person support.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms with minimal disruption.

  • Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures including account creation, device setup, and providing technical training to new hires.
  • Oversee enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms like Microsoft Intune and Jamf, including device enrollment, configuration management, compliance monitoring, patch management, and security measures.
  • Administer user accounts, email systems, and permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud High (GCCH).
  • Participate in larger IT projects such as upgrading infrastructure, deploying new software, and improving overall system operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles to streamline problem resolution and reduce recurring issues.
  • Work full-time onsite from Monday to Friday.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 4 years of practical experience in IT support, endpoint management, or corporate IT operations.
  • Proven methodical troubleshooting skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience supporting diverse organizational levels.
  • Over 2 years managing enterprise MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf, including tasks like device enrollment, enforcing compliance, and configuring security policies.
  • Experience supporting video conferencing solutions including Zoom and Teams Rooms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with FedRAMP-authorized cloud platforms like Microsoft GCC High, Azure Government, or AWS GovCloud.
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP-compliant collaboration and security tools such as ZoomGov, Slack Gov, Zscaler, ThreatLocker, and Microsoft Defender for Government.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks like NIST 800-171, CMMC, or similar regulatory standards.
  • Jamf certification levels 200, 300, or 400.
  • Experience operating within environments that handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or ITAR-restricted systems.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Comprehensive health coverage—private medical, dental, and vision plans fully paid by the company for employees and eligible dependents.
  • Additional retirement benefit with a 5% pension match.
  • Competitive salary packages complemented by pre-IPO stock options, relocation assistance, and upcoming annual bonuses.
  • Growing global team of 250+ employees across five international locations.
