About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical help for hardware, software, and internal IT systems.

• Address IT support tickets by troubleshooting and resolving various issues promptly.
• Administer user account management including password resets and coordinating access rights.
• Troubleshoot and fix problems related to network connectivity, email systems, printers, VPNs, and remote access facilities.
• Develop and update technical documentation, user manuals, and support logs.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance IT service quality and end-user satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Possess fundamental knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking principles.
• Experience or familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or comparable platforms.
• Strong analytical skills combined with effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
