  • Handle support requests raised through the help desk, email, phone calls, or in-person conversations.
  • Set up, install, and look after desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT assets.
  • Create and manage user accounts, email access, permissions, and workstation settings.
  • Diagnose problems related to operating systems, business applications, and network connectivity.
  • Assist with deploying software, applying updates, installing patches, and carrying out routine system upkeep.
  • Refer more complex issues to senior IT staff when specialist intervention is required.
  • Keep clear records of incidents, resolutions, and IT equipment inventory.
  • Help uphold security controls such as endpoint protection, password practices, and user awareness.
  • Suggest and support improvements that make IT support more efficient and user-friendly.

What we are looking for

  • A diploma or bachelor’s qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related area.
  • Working knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and standard office applications.
  • Understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, basic networking, and troubleshooting methods.
  • Exposure to Active Directory, account administration, or other basic IT administration tasks is helpful.
  • Foundational understanding of networking basics such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi‑Fi.
  • Strong analytical ability with a service-minded approach to supporting users.
  • Clear communication and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior exposure through an internship, IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft certifications, or earlier IT support work will be considered an advantage.

What is offered

  • A cooperative and encouraging workplace.
  • Practical exposure to a broad mix of IT systems and technologies.
  • Access to ongoing learning, technical training, and certification assistance.
  • Opportunities to grow into broader IT infrastructure and technical support roles.
  • A team environment that values mentorship and shared knowledge.
  • A competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits.
