Role Overview
Abu Khalifa Trading is hiring an IT Support (L1) professional for its Qatar operations in the Doha Metropolitan Area. This position focuses on first-line technical assistance, day-to-day user support, and quick resolution of common IT and access-related issues.
What You Will Do
- Deliver first-level IT assistance to end users.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to networks, scanning, shared folders, and file access.
- Help users with system access and other routine technical problems.
- Support basic printer-related issues and network scanning concerns.
- Escalate cases and coordinate with the relevant teams when a problem needs higher-level support.
What We’re Looking For
- Between 1 and 2 years of IT support experience in Qatar.
- Practical understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting methods.
- Hands-on experience with shared folder permissions, access control, and file sharing.
- Ability to assist users with everyday technical difficulties.
- Familiarity with network scanning issues and entry-level printer support.
- Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills.
