With its headquarters in Adelaide, Australia, the company works with clients in several countries and locations.
Role Overview
The organisation is seeking experienced IT engineers to deliver onsite support in Perth. In this role, you will handle technical issues directly at client locations and contribute to a positive end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on desktop assistance and resolve both hardware and software problems.
- Carry out operating system installs and system re-imaging tasks.
- Assist with diagnosing and fixing network issues across LAN and WAN setups.
- Support the setup and maintenance of routers, switches, and related network hardware.
- Act quickly on incoming technical incidents and service requests.
- Record support work and final resolutions according to internal procedures.
- Work closely with internal colleagues and client representatives to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical position.
- Strong practical knowledge of desktop support and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN, WAN, routers, and switches.
- Clear communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously and handle several tasks at once.
