Role overview
This is a part-time remote opportunity for an entry-level IT Support Analyst. The position focuses on helping end users with day-to-day technology issues across hardware and software, while ensuring support requests are handled promptly and effectively.
What you will do
- Answer incoming support tickets and work through user-reported technical issues.
- Diagnose and fix problems related to hardware, software, systems, and basic network connectivity.
- Keep IT systems running smoothly and help close issues within expected timelines.
- Prepare and update documentation for common technical processes and solutions.
- Guide users on how to use internal IT tools and systems correctly.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on technical support knowledge and a solid understanding of information technology basics.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system or network-related issues.
- Strong analytical thinking to identify the root cause of technical problems.
- Clear communication skills for working with team members and end users.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, part-time setup.
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Prior exposure to IT support platforms or ticketing systems would be an advantage.
