As an IT Supervisor at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems that improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and support technology strategies aligned with cluster and corporate goals, collaborating closely with the Area Director of Technology Services.
• Enhance network and system performance by monitoring, diagnosing, and optimizing LAN and server infrastructure, ensuring robust security and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues related to computing devices, software, and connectivity, delivering effective support and training.
• Maintain compliance with Hilton Technology Network standards through diligent management of IT infrastructure upgrades, backups, and shared technology resources.
• Lead and assist in technology projects, such as workstation refreshes, server upgrades, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale system installations, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion with minimal disruptions.
• Partner with hotel management to guarantee seamless IT operations and rapid resolution of critical system challenges to minimize downtime.
• Supervise and mentor the IT team by conducting performance evaluations, fostering professional growth, and recognizing contributions to sustain a high-performing workforce.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft.
• In-depth knowledge of hospitality IT systems and best industry practices.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and project management experience.
• Expertise in network administration, cybersecurity principles, and cloud technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills paired with effective communication to support diverse stakeholders.
