Job description
Role Overview
Infosys is hiring for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru East, Karnataka, for professionals with experience in IT service desk operations, ITIL practices, ServiceNow, and CA Service Desk Manager.
Core Technical Focus
The position calls for practical exposure to CA Service Desk Manager, including configuration and workflow customization. You should also be familiar with ticketing systems and broader ITSM platforms, along with SLA tracking, reporting, and service delivery support.
ITIL Knowledge Required
A solid grasp of ITIL processes is expected, especially around Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Request Management. Experience in applying and supporting ITIL-based practices will be important for this role.
Day in the Role
As part of the Infosys delivery team, you will work directly with clients on quality assurance, issue handling, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. You will also interpret requirements, contribute to design reviews, validate architecture, and help ensure dependable service outcomes.
In addition, the role involves project estimation support, solution delivery inputs, technical risk planning, code review participation, and unit test plan review. You are also expected to help guide teams toward efficient, high-quality deliverables while following internal standards, knowledge-sharing practices, and organizational processes.
