Role Overview

Moksh Tech is hiring an IT Service Desk professional to support its managed services environment remotely. The role involves handling end-user issues, administering core Microsoft and infrastructure tools, and assisting with day-to-day support operations across a multi-tenant MSP setup.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver IT service desk support as part of Moksh Tech’s managed services business.
  • Administer Active Directory tasks such as group policy management, PowerShell-based automation, and domain trust maintenance.
  • Support server roles and features, routine service operations, and user support requests.
  • Work with Exchange, end-user support, Active Directory, Office 365, Office 365 migrations, and Azure AD.
  • Handle mobile device management, DHCP, firewall administration, Windows Server environments, and virtualization platforms like Hyper-V and VMware.
  • Carry out backup operations and patch management activities.
  • Use ticketing platforms and remote monitoring and management tools efficiently.
  • Support VoIP services and, ideally, bring prior call center exposure.
  • Administer remote access solutions, including Microsoft RDS and Cyberoam firewall settings.
  • Investigate ISP-related problems and coordinate with external vendors when needed.
  • Work confidently in managed services and multi-tenant support environments.

Experience and Technical Background

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a help desk or junior system administrator position. A Microsoft certification is mandatory. The role also requires experience with Microsoft licensing and vendor coordination in a support capacity, along with strong troubleshooting ability for complex technical issues.

Preferred Work Style

The ideal applicant is organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities at once. The role calls for a collaborative team player with strong critical thinking skills, a customer-first approach, a polite and professional attitude, and a willingness to learn from feedback. Flexibility for any shift, including night shifts, is expected, except for USA-based candidates.

Additional Requirements

This is a permanent, full-time remote role. Applicants must have reliable power backup, as well as a properly maintained laptop or desktop computer with at least 100 Mbps broadband internet access.
