IT Recruitment Team Lead

Role Overview

People Prime Worldwide is looking for an immediate joiner to take charge of IT recruitment delivery at its Hyderabad location in KPHB 6th Phase, about 10 km away. This is a permanent, full-time position focused on leading a recruiting team and managing hiring for IT roles in a staffing environment.

Work Schedule

The role follows a day shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with Saturday hours from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

What You’ll Do

• Guide, support, and monitor a team of IT recruiters so hiring targets are achieved.
• Plan and implement hiring approaches for C2H and FTE roles in the technology domain.
• Oversee the full hiring cycle, starting from sourcing candidates through to onboarding.
• Develop productive working relationships with candidates, customers, and internal teams.
• Make sure recruitment practices align with company policies and relevant industry rules.
• Keep track of current developments and best practices in IT hiring.

Required Background

• Prior experience leading teams in C2H/FTE recruitment is required.
• Hands-on experience in managing both teams and client interactions is expected.
• Candidates must have domestic IT recruitment experience in the staffing sector.
• Exposure to the telecom industry and its hiring needs is important for this role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and people management abilities are needed.
• The ability to handle a busy workload and juggle multiple priorities is essential.
• Comfort using recruitment platforms and related tools is necessary.
