Role overview
Swan Global is hiring an IT Recruitment Specialist in Doha, Qatar, to support recruitment delivery across technology and cyber security projects. This position focuses on end-to-end hiring support, building strong talent pipelines, and working closely with hiring managers to meet urgent and specialized workforce needs.
What you'll do
- Handle the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews, offer handling, and coordination of onboarding.
- Build and keep active talent pools for IT, cyber security, digital transformation, and other technical roles.
- Use direct sourcing, headhunting, networking, referrals, and professional channels to attract suitable candidates.
- Work with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand role requirements and share market insights.
- Keep recruitment records, candidate information, and pipeline updates accurate in recruitment tools such as Zoho Recruit.
- Assist with workforce planning, mobilization tasks, and ongoing improvements to recruitment processes.
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience focused on information technology, cyber security, digital transformation, or similar technical areas.
- Background in sourcing and placing niche technology professionals.
- Experience managing several open roles at the same time in a fast-moving environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong capability in direct sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, and engaging candidates effectively.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Solid understanding of technology and cyber security job functions and market trends.
- Ability to build and sustain talent communities and candidate pipelines.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking.
Preferred profile
- Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Prior use of Zoho Recruit is an advantage.
- Recruitment experience in Qatar or wider GCC markets is preferred.
- Exposure to government, defense, aerospace, or other highly regulated hiring environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with security-cleared hiring and pre-employment screening processes is desirable.
