About the Role

Würth IT GmbH is searching for an IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruiting procedures from job posting to interview execution at the Bad Mergentheim location.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including drafting job advertisements and publishing them on targeted platforms and media channels.
• Conduct active sourcing by identifying and approaching qualified candidates directly via social networks.
• Utilize social media recruiting techniques across recognized platforms to attract talent.
• Handle various administrative and organizational duties, including compiling recruitment statistics.
• Lead and implement diverse HR projects independently.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training in personnel management or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in a similar recruitment role.
• Proficient knowledge of popular career networks such as LinkedIn and XING, as well as various job portals.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, coupled with adaptability to engage different interlocutors effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and creativity in candidate sourcing strategies.
• Innovative mindset with an affinity for IT and readiness to explore novel approaches.
