The company seeks skilled IT recruiters with proven success in sourcing, screening, engaging, and closing candidates for Domestic and US staffing requirements. Responsibilities

• Locate qualified IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, referrals, and professional networks
• Comprehend technical job requirements to match candidates effectively
• Assess candidates’ skills, experience, compensation expectations, location, notice periods, and career goals
• Conduct thorough qualification interviews with candidates
• Manage continuous candidate engagement from sourcing through to offer and joining
• Arrange interviews and ensure prompt follow-up communication
• Maintain detailed records of candidates, submissions, and interviews
• Develop and sustain active candidate pipelines for current and upcoming vacancies
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals for sourcing, submissions, and placements
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in either Domestic or US IT recruitment
• Strong familiarity with IT skills, technologies, and recruitment vocabulary
• Practical skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and candidate databases
• Effective candidate screening, negotiation, and follow-up techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven and able to take ownership of assigned requirements
• Performance-oriented with a target-driven mindset
• Must be willing to work from the APRIDEN office in Chinchwad
• Preference for candidates residing in or near Chinchwad, Pimpri-Chinchwad, or Pune
• Immediate availability is highly favored

Work Schedule and Location

• Workdays: Monday to Friday, plus every alternate Saturday
• Work mode: Mandatory attendance at the office (no remote or hybrid options)
• Working hours: Domestic recruiters follow standard Indian business hours; US recruiters adhere to typical US recruitment hours
