About the Role
For the Mannheim team, a full-time IT Operations & Project Specialist is needed immediately. The role is centered on keeping day-to-day IT operations running smoothly while also helping shape and improve the company’s technology environment.
You will work across support, administration, and project tasks, contributing to efficient processes and reliable systems within a modern business setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level support to internal users and help resolve their IT issues.
- Contribute to IT projects and independently handle smaller sub-projects from start to finish.
- Review existing systems and workflows, then identify and implement improvements.
- Administer and further develop the IT landscape, including servers, clients, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, including work with Active Directory.
- Handle device management and support mobile workstations and endpoints.
- Investigate incidents, troubleshoot problems, and ensure lasting fixes.
- Monitor the environment to maintain stable and dependable IT operations.
- Document IT processes and continuously refine them over time.
What You Bring
- Practical experience in IT support and/or system administration.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and standard Windows environments.
- Basic familiarity with Active Directory or Entra ID is an advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune is desirable.
- Confident handling of ticketing systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to solving problems.
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- High personal initiative and the motivation to learn new topics quickly.
- Initial experience with Power BI and interest in data-based reporting are beneficial.
