Role Overview
As an IT Operations Executive at Beyondsoft Singapore, you will oversee deployment tasks and ensure system performance stability within production environments. Your role involves strict adherence to change management protocols and collaboration with various stakeholders including vendors and government bodies, ensuring compliance with established IT security standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute deployment activities on live production systems.
- Continuously monitor system operation to proactively detect and address potential issues preventing downtime.
- Facilitate deployment of system updates and changes, following approval workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all deployment procedures and activities.
- Resolve technical problems arising during or post-deployment promptly within defined SLA periods.
- Comply with government-mandated IT security policies and data protection regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with vendor partners, government agencies, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Assist with audits and security compliance assessments as required.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in IT operations or deployment roles, preferably in public sector or government-affiliated organizations.
- No programming expertise needed, but a solid technical understanding of systems is essential.
- Familiarity with government IT security frameworks such as IM8 guidelines is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with governmental stakeholders.
