Role Overview
Beyondsoft Singapore is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth, manage client relationships, and support the full sales cycle in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Research the market, spot fresh sales leads, and open up opportunities through territory coverage, networking, and social media outreach.
- Meet prospective customers, learn about their needs, and deliver persuasive presentations on the company’s products and services.
- Own and develop the sales pipeline, including estimating deal closure chances and monitoring important metrics such as headcount, attrition, and training requirements.
- Create accurate sales and financial reports to help support the sales cadence.
- Represent the organization at exhibitions, conferences, and both internal and external events.
- Handle objections confidently, negotiate effectively, and close business deals.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, support, partner alliance, and marketing teams.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant internal stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- You should bring at least 5 years of sales experience; exposure to Government and/or Enterprise accounts will be an advantage.
- Strong ability in communication, presentation, and negotiation is required.
- The role suits someone self-driven, target-oriented, quick to learn, and genuinely interested in sales.
- You need to listen well, build confidence with clients, and sustain long-term working relationships.
- Comfortable use of English and MS Office is expected.
- Experience with Salesforce will be considered a plus.
- A technical background in IT services delivery will also be advantageous.
- A positive mindset and the confidence to drive opportunities from pipeline creation through to closure are important.
