Role Overview
A prominent quantitative trading company is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to support its dynamic trading floor environment. This role focuses on maintaining the smooth functioning of essential systems and advancing automation within the IT operations.
Key Duties
- Deliver hands-on IT and desktop assistance across Windows and Linux platforms.
- Support technology infrastructure for trading floors, meeting rooms, and end-user workstations.
- Create automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to streamline repetitive processes.
- Administer Active Directory, user account lifecycle management, and SaaS applications.
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure division to enhance tooling and overall user satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Between one to four years of experience in IT Operations or Desktop Support roles.
- Proven expertise handling Windows 10/11 and Linux support.
- Familiarity with administration of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong scripting capabilities in PowerShell, Bash, or Python, emphasizing automation.
