IT Infrastructure & Automation Specialist (Junior/Mid Level)

About the Role

DAWN Denim, a producer of premium denim products with its own factory in Vietnam, requires dependable processes, data, and systems to match the quality of its production. With growth has come increased complexity, integrating ERP, CRM, Shopify, reporting, and internal tools daily. This role is designed for someone who can advance these systems, simplify workflows, and ensure technology supports business operations effectively.

You will closely collaborate with our Lead in IT, AI, and process automation, who manages the overall architecture. Your responsibility will include evolving solutions, implementing new ideas, and contributing your own innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate business processes using n8n workflows, RESTful APIs, and the ItsPerfect ERP system.
• Enhance internal tools, leveraging Claude Code or similar AI coding technologies.
• Integrate systems using APIs and webhooks to ensure accurate data synchronization.
• Continuously improve the company's proprietary CRM system.
• Implement minor enhancements to the Shopify online store.
• Develop reports using Metabase and prepare data to be easily utilized daily.
• Maintain internal IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, hardware, software licenses, and onboarding new team members technically.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

• Strong knowledge of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced understanding of APIs, data models, webhooks, authentication, logging, and technical documentation.
• Experience using Claude Code or equivalent AI-assisted coding tools.
• Familiarity with n8n or comparable workflow automation platforms.
• Near-native fluency in German and business-level English communication skills.

Desirable:

• Experience with Shopify Themes and Liquid templating language.
• Knowledge of Git version control and GitHub platform.
• Basic understanding of software deployment processes, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies.

Bonus Skills:

• Basic JavaScript or Python programming skills.
• Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably ItsPerfect.
• Exposure to Metabase or similar business intelligence tools.
• Understanding of supply chain or logistics processes.
