Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Consulting Specialist with extensive expertise in Cisco Meraki, ACI, and related network technologies. This role involves working within a global environment to manage and troubleshoot high-scale network infrastructures and support network operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage over eight years of experience in Information Technology to manage and enhance network infrastructure.
• Utilize expertise in Cisco Routing and Switching, Meraki, ACI, and SDWAN technologies.
• Oversee and administer Meraki WLAN infrastructure deployments at large-scale global sites.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network outages, supporting edge access network domains including SDWAN, switches, routers, and associated dependent systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and execute problem management strategies for supported network environments.

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency with Cisco Meraki and ACI platforms is essential.
• Strong background in networking protocols and technologies, including routing and switching.
• Ability to manage large-scale WLAN deployments.
• Experience troubleshooting complex network incidents in a global context.

Additional Information

The position is based onsite in Bengaluru East, Karnataka, India. Candidates must have a minimum of eight years’ experience in IT networking environments and demonstrate strong problem-solving and operational support capabilities within network domains.
