Job Overview

The role involves overseeing the correct and timely dispatching, loading, verification, and transfer of graded materials. This includes ensuring materials loaded on trucks correspond accurately with delivery documentation and SAP records, while guaranteeing efficient, safe loading processes within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Team Leader to verify daily truck assignments.
• Work closely with Godown Clerks, Loaders, and Forklift Operators to assure punctual and precise truck loading.
• Validate the exact quantity and quality of materials loaded, confirming SAP and color codes, truck numbers, and material specifics align with waybills or delivery notes.
• Guide and coordinate activities of Truck Drivers, Loaders, and Forklift Operators for seamless loading operations.
• Liaise with the Assistant Manager – Grading to finalize material confirmation on trucks and arrange timely transfer to receiving areas across all shifts.
• Maintain communication with Production Department to support smooth material handling and flow.
• Conduct detailed checks on SAP codes, color codes, quantities, and quality prior to material issuing; identify discrepancies and collaborate with Manager – Grading for corrections.
• Coordinate with Godown Clerks ensuring prompt and accurate transfer from receiving areas to designated storage.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by supervisory or management personnel.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management or similar discipline.
• Experience ranging from none to two years.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
