We are urgently seeking dedicated Guest Liaison Assistants for a popular island resort hotel near Brisbane, Australia. Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Liaison Assistant, you will be the point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and assistance to ensure a memorable stay. You'll work alongside Australian staff in a professional resort setting that promotes growth in English communication skills.

Working Conditions and Compensation

• Wage starting from $26.70 per hour plus additional allowances
• Shift-based work schedule
• On-site staff accommodation available: private rooms from approximately $260 per week including three meals and utilities
• Live-in arrangement helps reduce living expenses and promotes savings ability, with past employees reportedly saving up to $10,000 in three months

Requirements

• Intermediate to upper-intermediate English proficiency, able to handle guest services and business tasks in English
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications such as Blue Card and RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
• Commitment to work for roughly six months
