Role Overview
The Investor Relations Specialist role is a contract position located in the Riyadh Region, featuring a hybrid work setup that combines office presence with remote work. This position is responsible for fostering and managing productive relationships with existing and prospective investors, preparing detailed investor presentations and reports, and ensuring continuous, clear communication regarding the company's performance and strategic direction.
Key daily responsibilities include coordinating earnings and business updates, addressing investor inquiries, collaborating closely with finance and leadership teams to obtain accurate data and insights, analyzing financial and operational metrics, observing market trends and competitor behavior, and supporting efforts related to fundraising and investor meetings. The role also involves maintaining comprehensive investor databases, composing communication materials, and contributing to crafting Mollkom's public narrative among the investment community.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in investor relations and investments with a track record in building and nurturing relationships with both institutional and private investors.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities, including expertise in interpreting financial statements, developing models, and simplifying complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information effectively to audiences with varied financial understanding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related disciplines; holding advanced degrees or certifications like CFA is advantageous.
- Experience in technology sectors such as SaaS or commerce platforms, familiarity with AI-based business models, and knowledge of regional investment markets is preferred.
- Exemplifies professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
