Job description
Overview
This is a permanent, Singapore-based role with a leading listed organisation. The position sits within the Investor Relations and Corporate Communications function.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders in the capital markets through meetings, site visits, roadshows, and conferences.
- Help shape and deliver investor relations and corporate communications plans by turning financial and operational results into clear, consistent, and persuasive stakeholder messaging.
- Build investor confidence and deepen understanding of the company’s strategy, performance, and long-term value creation story.
- Bring together inputs from different business teams and senior leaders so that external communications remain aligned, strategic, and focused on the market’s priorities.
- Develop polished investor materials such as earnings presentations, investor decks, Q&A notes, and key messaging for results announcements and investor meetings.
- Oversee IR content on relevant channels and ensure information stays accurate, clear, and up to date.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant holds a bachelor’s degree in any discipline and has 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, or a similar area. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential, along with the ability to analyse financial, operational, and strategic information and present it in a structured way. The role also calls for a confident communicator with excellent writing ability, strong attention to detail, accountability, sound judgement, and the ability to extract meaningful insights from stakeholders. Familiarity with SGX listing requirements and investor relations best practices is important.
