This position offers direct interaction with senior leadership and our institutional investor base. The individual will collaborate across Investor Relations, Marketing, and Operations teams to manage investor communications, marketing materials, and the Firm’s digital presence.

The candidate will gain a strong understanding of Newmarket’s credit and SRT strategies to translate portfolio performance and market data into clear and compelling investor-targeted content. The role is based in Philadelphia with an immediate start following background checks and onboarding, offering a competitive salary, performance bonus potential, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries from investors, consultants, and prospects, providing accurate and timely responses under appropriate reviews.
  • Oversee the Firm’s data room management, including access control, content upkeep, and organization.
  • Maintain the standardized content library comprising RFP/DDQ responses, firm statistics, strategy explanations, performance disclosures, and review processes.
  • Manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system and update records accordingly.
  • Lead content generation and maintenance for the company website, investor portal, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate marketing and IR deliverables from request initiation to final distribution, ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment.
  • Assist in planning and organizing investor events, conferences, and marketing projects.
  • Update consultant databases regularly and manage submissions.
  • Prepare investment due diligence materials such as RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for current and potential investors.
  • Support the preparation and quality assurance of quarterly investor communications, custom reports, portfolio updates, and market commentary.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to guarantee investor materials’ accuracy, currency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Engage in AI-driven initiatives to enhance IR data workflows and efficiencies.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline with a solid understanding of financial markets and institutional investing.
  • Capability to simplify and articulate complex investment and market data into refined investor-facing content.
  • Exhibit discretion and sound judgment handling confidential information related to investors, portfolios, and transactions.
  • Possess 1–3 years of relevant experience in asset management, investor relations, or institutional finance roles.
  • Comfort using approved AI tools to assist in drafting, editing, and workflow improvements with source verification and human oversight.
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word on Windows platforms; CRM experience preferred. Skills in graphic design and slide layout within Microsoft Office are advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-driven, collaborative, and capable of working independently in a professional context.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior verbal and written communication talents with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring future employer sponsorship.
