  • Coordinate investor touchpoints such as earnings calls, one-on-one meetings, site visits, and investor events.
  • Draft accurate replies to questions from investors and analysts, while staying consistent with disclosure requirements.
  • Keep core investor relations materials current, including fact sheets, FAQs, and key messaging documents.

Financial Analysis and Market Intelligence

  • Review financial outcomes, trading performance, and key business drivers, including peer comparisons, to support external communication.
  • Track analyst models, consensus forecasts, and valuation approaches used by the market.
  • Identify and explain gaps between internal expectations and market assumptions.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on market intelligence, investor sentiment, and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitors, sector movements, and broader macroeconomic trends, and assess how these may affect valuation and market positioning.
  • Assist with IR board papers and committee materials.

Reporting and Governance

  • Support half-year and full-year reporting cycles by coordinating materials and managing timelines.
  • Help prepare board and executive papers covering investor sentiment, market positioning, consensus views, and capital market activity.

Strategy and Execution

  • Contribute to the development of investor relations strategy, including messaging, positioning, and investor targeting.
  • Support major IR activities such as Investor Day, roadshows, and conference participation.
  • Carry out benchmarking and best-practice reviews to improve IR content and engagement methods.
  • Look for ways to improve disclosure quality, transparency, and external understanding of the business.

Operations and Systems

  • Maintain internal records such as investor interaction logs, shareholder register analysis, and engagement tracking databases.
  • Help manage the investor relations website and communication platforms.
  • Support CRM tools and reporting used by the IR function.
